Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. From there, you can track the package. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the shipment of your item to request a return unless otherwise noted. All custom items are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please be sure to email us to ensure the item you want to return will be accepted.

Those items are: 

• Swimsuits

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom-made items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
